Feedback That Works

Develop skills to provide constructive, actionable feedback that drives improvement and motivation.

This workshop centers around the essential skill of giving feedback using our Situation – Behavior – Impact (SBI)™ model. During the workshop, participants learn about effective and ineffective feedback practices, assess their own feedback behaviors, and receive opportunities to practice delivering and receiving feedback in a small group setting. The workshop concludes with a review of best practices for both giving and receiving feedback and a focus on applying what has been learned back at work.

After completing the workshop, participants will be better able to:    ​ 

• Provide feedback using the Situation – Behavior – Impact (SBI)™ model

• Avoid common mistakes in delivering feedback

• Intentionally plan feedback conversations 

• Effectively deliver developmental feedback
