Dave Modaff (l) & Drew Pollick (r)

Dave Modaff, Partner

Dave’s career path started in the construction industry where for 17 years he built homes and stores for people.  Now he likes to say he helps to build the people themselves.  In August of 2000, he joined the family owned business of Friday Staffing and has worked hard to maintain its culture of treating all of our employees as friends and family.

Dave’s leadership of Friday to the premier provider of employment services in the communities it serves in Western North Carolina has been a source of great pride.

He holds the Certified Staffing Professional certification from the American Staffing Association.

Dave believes in giving back to the communities that support them.  He serves as the chair of the Henderson County chamber, is the past chair of the Partnership for Economic Development of Henderons County, on the board of the Economic Investment Fund of Henderson County, on the board of Mission Hospital Foundation and is a past board member of many charitable groups.
